Job Summary
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining structures such as buildings, roads, airports and other infrastructure elements. This role requires an individual with strong technical experience as well as excellent project management and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
• Develop plans and designs for civil engineering projects such as bridges, roads, dams, buildings and other infrastructure elements
• Work with architects and engineers to ensure that plans meet requirements
• Estimate costs associated with projects including labor costs, materials costs, construction costs etc.
• Develop drawings and specifications for construction projects
• Prepare cost estimates based on materials used, labor required etc.
• Monitor the progress of construction projects by regularly visiting sites to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with plans and specifications
• Ensure that safety regulations are adhered to during all stages of the construction process
• Liaise with contractors to ensure that all necessary permits have been obtained
• Resolve technical issues encountered during construction projects

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in civil engineering design/construction
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Knowledge of safety regulations associated with civil engineering projects
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary & Benefits
This position is offering a salary of $1000 per month plus benefits including health insurance, transportation allowance and more. We are also prepared to consider an immigrant for this role.
