Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, overseeing food and beverage service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a restaurant management role. They should be well-versed in hospitality industry standards and must have excellent communication skills. A proven track record of successfully managing restaurants is preferred.

The Restaurant Manager will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for:
• Managing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including staffing, purchasing, menu development, marketing, and customer service
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Overseeing the training of staff members
• Developing strategies to increase sales and improve efficiency
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
• Analyzing financial data to ensure profitability
• Handling customer complaints or inquiries
• Developing and implementing new policies as needed.
Salary: 900 AED monthly (We are ready to consider an immigrant)
