Restaurant Manager job in Dubai UAE


The restaurant manager for our Dubai location is a critical role in our organization. We are looking for a motivated individual who can oversee the entire restaurant operations and ensure a high level of customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff, menu offerings, food quality, budgeting and cost control.

The successful candidate should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They must have great organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills to effectively respond to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail and be able to anticipate problems before they arise.

The successful candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field or equivalent work experience in a restaurant management role; we are ready to consider a foreigner with minimal work experience. A valid driver’s license is also required.
