Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the restaurant, ensuring customers receive excellent service and meals. The ideal candidate should have a strong working knowledge of restaurant operations and be able to manage both personnel and resources effectively. We are willing to consider a foreigner with no prior experience.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food quality, customer service, staff management and scheduling
• Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and ensure operational excellence
• Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared appropriately and in accordance with health regulations
• Train, supervise and evaluate employees on a regular basis
• Utilize marketing strategies to increase revenue
• Develop plans for cost reduction and operational efficiency
• Monitor restaurant spending against budgeted amounts

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar position
• Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and delegate tasks effectively

Salary: 1800 AED per month
