Executive Chef - Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and experienced culinary professional to join our team and lead the kitchen staff in producing high-quality dishes.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, creative, and possess excellent leadership skills. They should have outstanding communication abilities, as they will be responsible for coordinating with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement innovative menus that offer a variety of dishes
• Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficiency
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and safety standards
• Monitor food stock and place orders when needed
• Control food cost by managing inventory
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Ability to stay current with culinary trends
• Good understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
