Job Description:

We are looking for a Personal Trainer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role you will be responsible for helping individuals reach their fitness goals through personalised training programmes. You will need to assess the clients’ physical fitness, create personalised plans and motivate them as well as providing advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes where necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or similar field is preferred
• Previous experience in personal training or a related field is essential
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise techniques and nutrition principles
• Good communication skills, empathy, patience and understanding
• Ability to motivate people and provide support when needed
• Fluency in English is preferred but not essential
