Job Summary:
We are looking for a Radiologist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Radiologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases or injuries using imaging techniques such as X-ray, CT scans, MRI scans, ultrasound, and other radiological procedures. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in order to provide the best medical care possible to our patients. We are offering a salary of 1200 with the possibility of further negotiation depending on experience. We are also open to considering foreign applicants with no experience in the field.
Job Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility as a Radiologist is to interpret images produced from radiological tests such as X-ray, CT scans, MRI scans, ultrasound, or other examinations. You must also be familiar with radiation safety protocols and ensure that all safety guidelines are being followed in the workplace. Other responsibilities include consulting with physicians regarding diagnosis and treatment plans for patients; performing diagnostic procedures; evaluating images for accuracy; maintaining patient records; communicating test results to physicians; providing patient education regarding radiology exams; recommending changes or improvements when appropriate; and keeping up-to-date on new technologies related to radiology procedures.
Qualification Requirements:
A successful candidate should possess a valid medical license from an accredited institution as well as at least five years of experience working in the field of radiology or medical imaging. A specialty certification in an area such as X-ray technology or MRI scanning may be beneficial but not required. It is also important that you have strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff members alike.
Preferred Skills:
In addition to the above qualifications, we would prefer applicants who have knowledge of relevant computer software programs like PACS (Picture Archiving Communication System) or RIS (Radiology Information System). Excellent problem solving abilities along with critical thinking skills would also be beneficial in this role. A passion for providing quality healthcare services is also desirable.
