We are looking for a highly-skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources and related fields. This position is available for foreigners and offers a salary of 1200 USD per month.

The primary purpose of the HR manager is to ensure the efficient functioning of all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development. They will also be responsible for managing employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, developing policies and procedures, and providing support on employee benefits programs.

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage employees from diverse backgrounds. They should also have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. Additionally, they should have the ability to interpret data and create action plans based on their analysis. The candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision by their supervisor or other senior members of the HR team.
