Instrument Technician in Al-Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, calibrating, inspecting and repairing a variety of electronic and mechanical instruments. Job Responsibilities
The Instrument Technician will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for:
• Inspecting, maintaining, calibrating and repairing a wide range of electronic or mechanical instruments;
• Diagnosing problems with instruments using appropriate tools;
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities;
• Ensuring all safety regulations are followed;
• Providing technical support to other team members;
• Troubleshooting any instrument malfunctions;
• Training other personnel in the use of instruments.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
• A diploma or certification in instrumentation or electrical engineering;
• At least 3 years’ experience as an instrument technician; • Knowledge of electrical systems as well as diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes; • Excellent troubleshooting skills; • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics; • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; • Fluency in English language.
