Merchandiser (Sharjah, UAE)

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product ranges and associated services, working with suppliers and buyers to ensure the best possible outcome. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Developing relationships with suppliers and buyers to ensure maximum profitability
• Keeping up-to-date with current market trends
• Researching new products and services in order to identify potential opportunities for the company
• Negotiating prices with suppliers and buyers
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Ensuring all stock levels remain at an optimum level at all times
• Liaising with other departments within the business to ensure smooth running of processes related to purchasing, merchandising, sales, inventory management etc.
• Ensuring compliance regulations are adhered to in all areas of merchandising activity
• Developing promotional campaigns and activities to increase sales volumes

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or a related field is preferred but not essential
• Previous work experience in Merchandising is preferred but not essential

Salary: AED 1300 per month. We are ready to consider foreign applicants.
