We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the culinary sector, and should demonstrate exceptional leadership, creativity, and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement a wide range of innovative, modern cuisine as well as maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout our kitchen operations. A deep understanding of food safety and preparation is necessary along with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for managing costs, developing menus, scheduling staff and creating a positive working environment for our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate must have outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and lead by example while maintaining excellent communication skills with colleagues, customers and suppliers. A comprehensive knowledge of food trends is essential along with fluency in English. Experience working in Dubai or another Middle Eastern country is preferred but not essential.

In return we offer a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month (or equivalent) plus attractive benefits package including housing allowance & health insurance. We are open to considering an immigrant for this vacancy if they possess the right skills required for this role.
