Job Title: Barista
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1500 KWD

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a salary of 1500 KWD and is open to immigrant applicants.

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail. They should also have previous experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks according to customers’ orders
• Follow all recipes accurately and maintain quality standards for drinks
• Greet customers with a smile and take their orders in a friendly manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times, including wiping down counters, stocking supplies, etc.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payment methods appropriately
• Ensure that all company policies are adhered to at all times
• Stay up-to-date with new products and espresso trends and share knowledge with customers when appropriate

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a barista or similar role in the foodservice industry
• Knowledge of coffee making techniques and best practices
• Ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining accuracy in customer orders
• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
