Job Title: Pastry Chef

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1600 AED/month

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate should have a good understanding of the pastry arts, and must be capable of preparing a wide variety of cakes, desserts, chocolates and other treats.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and possess a creative flair for developing new recipes. They should be able to work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines. They should also be well-versed in food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and proper storage practices as it applies to pastries.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare cakes, desserts, chocolates and other pastries in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
• Ensure all recipes are properly followed including ingredients’ measurements, cooking time, and presentation techniques.
• Monitor stock levels of finished products as well as ingredients needed for production.
• Collaborate with other chefs regarding special menu items or seasonal changes.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a pastry chef or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes preferred.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards required.
