Merchandiser Vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with vendors, managing inventory, and providing customer service.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in merchandising
• Knowledge of retail and wholesale operations, including store layouts, product placement and pricing strategies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Proficiency in English language (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be able to lift up to 25 kgs.
• Must have valid passport/Visa as applicable for a foreigner

Responsibilities:
• Source and negotiate with vendors for product pricing, quality and delivery requirements
• Develop creative merchandising plans that are aligned with company goals
• Monitor inventory levels and order stock accordingly
• Provide timely customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, taking orders, resolving issues and complaints
