We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 and the potential to work with a great team and collaborate on some exciting projects. We are also open to consider foreigners for this position.

As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, such as managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, etc. You will also be in charge of creating and maintaining a positive working environment that encourages professional development and growth. Additionally, you will ensure that all HR policies are up-to-date with both company standards as well as local regulations.

To become part of our team, the ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast paced organization. They must have strong management skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with staff. The candidate should also be well-versed in labor law regulations as well as possess good problem-solving skills. An understanding of HR systems is essential too.
