Are you looking for a unique opportunity to join an innovative Human Resources team? We are searching for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department while providing excellent support and guidance to employees.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a HR capacity. You should have a strong understanding of labor laws as well as experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You should also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred but not required.

As our Human Resources Manager, some of your primary responsibilities will include leading recruitment activities, creating personnel policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and compensation programs, administering disciplinary actions, resolving conflicts between staff members, tracking leave requests and absences, handling employee relations issues and developing performance management systems. Additionally, you should be comfortable dealing with confidential information and staying up-to-date on changing labor laws.

We are offering a competitive salary of 1300 USD per month plus additional benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation time.
