We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service and overseeing all restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, food preparation and maintenance of quality standards. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge of the local cuisine.

The successful candidate will be required to:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in serving food and beverages
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and acquire new customers
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
• Monitor budget and adjust expenses to meet financial goals
• Plan menus based on local cuisine trends and customer feedback
• Train, motivate and evaluate staff performance
• Develop marketing plans to promote the restaurant
