Job Title: Security Manager

We are looking for an experienced and capable Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be required to manage and oversee the security operations of our company, ensuring our safety and the safety of our staff, customers, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry or a related field. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, develop strategies to mitigate risk, and have a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Monitor and approve personnel access requests
• Maintain CCTV systems
• Monitor alarm systems for suspicious activity
• Respond to emergency situations as required
• Investigate incidents or violations of security policies or procedures
• Prepare reports on investigations, security breaches, suspicious activity etc.
• Plan patrols routes for guards
• Review security plans for new contracts or projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role
• Ability to use relevant technology (e.g. surveillance systems)
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Understanding of report writing • Excellent communication skills • Outstanding organizational abilities • Aptitude in problem-solving • BSc/BA in criminal justice or related field is preferred
