We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full range of recruitment services that meet the needs of the organization. This includes screening and interviewing candidates, performing background checks, and on-boarding employees. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

The salary for this position is 1300 AED per month and we are open to considering an immigrant as well.

The duties and responsibilities of the Recruiter include but are not limited to: creating job postings, sourcing potential candidates, proactively identifying qualified candidates through various sources, conducting phone interviews followed by face-to-face interviews, assessing skills and experience levels of applicants, providing feedback to applicants on their applications and performance during interviews, negotiating offers with successful candidates, coordinating onboarding activities such as orientation sessions, and tracking recruiting activities in our database.

To be successful in this role you must possess strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with both internal team members and external candidates. You should have a keen eye for detail with excellent research skills as well as being comfortable using various online recruitment tools. Knowledge of labor laws is also an advantage.
