Construction Manager

We are seeking a Construction Manager for our construction project in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time, permanent position with an attractive salary of 1400. We are willing to consider applicants from abroad, with minimal work experience.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the project from start to finish, including planning and coordinating all of the construction activities and overseeing the design and development process. They will be expected to manage budgets, supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment. They will also need to monitor progress onsite, inspect work quality, and resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project.

The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills as well as strong communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers. A degree in engineering or architecture is preferred but not required; however a minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management is essential.
