We expect the candidate to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the same or similar role in order to be considered for this position.

The successful candidate will be required to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle customer feedback with tact and diplomacy. They should also have good knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers quickly.
