We are looking for a motivated Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position will involve working with customers and helping them select flowers and arrange bouquets for various occasions. The successful candidate should have at least one year of experience in a florist shop and be able to work well with customers.

The desired candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work in both an independent environment as well as part of a team. They should also be creative when it comes to creating beautiful flower arrangements that meet customer needs.

The Florist will be responsible for greeting customers and helping them select flowers or plants that meet their needs. They will need to understand customer preferences regarding colour, size, scent, etc., and also make sure that any items purchased are in good condition before they are taken away by customers. They will also need to create floral arrangements according to customer specifications or design their own unique creations using the right combination of flowers, foliage and other materials. Additionally, they will need to keep records of sales transactions and stock levels, as well as assisting with promotional activities such as arranging displays in the shop window or preparing promotional material for display stands at trade shows or exhibitions.
