Carpenter Vacancy - Doha, Qatar

We are a company based in Doha, Qatar and we are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team. This position offers a salary of 1400 per month and we are willing to consider applicants with no experience.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- At least two years of experience in carpentry or related field
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Physically fit, able to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, stoop, kneel and crouch as needed
- Must have valid driver’s license

Job Description:
The Carpenter will perform a variety of duties related to the construction/renovation of residential and commercial buildings. They will be responsible for measuring materials precisely, cutting wood or other materials accurately as per plan specifications. The Carpenter must be able to read blueprints/drawings accurately and be able to use various power tools safely and correctly. They will also need to fill any gaps or holes using appropriate materials like putty or plaster etc., install doors, windows, shelves etc., repair defects due to wear & tear over time etc.
