Requirements for the Candidate:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in surveying works
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
• Excellent knowledge of surveying instruments and GPS systems
• Good understanding of mapping software programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid communication skills both verbal and written
• Valid driver license

Responsibilities:
• Conduct field and office surveys related to construction projects

• Analyze survey data using special software programs
• Develop maps, plans, reports, charts, etc. as needed
• Perform necessary calculations for legal documents such as boundary descriptions and deeds
• Liaise with other professionals in the industry such as architects and engineers
