Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1000 QAR per month

We are looking for a professional Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience in business management and be able to develop strategies for success and growth.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies for increasing company sales and profits.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
• Manage all aspects of the business operations including budgeting, financial planning, customer service, product development, marketing, and personnel.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation activities.
• Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor industry developments and trends to ensure the company’s competitive edge is maintained.
• Create reports on operational progress and provide recommendations for improvement as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business management or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly. • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing business operations in Qatar is an asset.
