Salary: 1700 QAR/Month

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our Doha-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall culinary operations of the establishment, including menu development, staff management, and budgeting.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a 5-star restaurant or hotel. We are especially interested in candidates who are able to bring unique and innovative ideas to the table and who have a creative approach to menu development.

Responsibilities:

-Develop menus for all outlets while ensuring high quality standards are met and maintained.

-Order food supplies according to budget restrictions and cost savings measures.

-Manage kitchen staff and ensure all safety standards are met.

-Inspect kitchen equipment on a regular basis to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are maintained.

-Identify areas for improvement within the kitchen operations and develop plans to address those areas.

-Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with health regulations set by local authorities.

Requirements:

-5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a 5-star setting is preferred.

-Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and health code standards.

-Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to motivate teams towards common goals.

-High degree of creativity when it comes to recipe design, menu development, etc.

-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
