Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1100 QAR/Month

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and management skills. We are also open to considering immigrant candidates for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with company policy and regulations

- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to ensure a high standard of customer service

- Ensure staff adhere to safety regulations at all times

- Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally

- Develop strategies that will help improve operational efficiency and overall effectiveness of the team

- Supervise staff activities, monitor their performance, provide feedback, and encourage teamwork

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role preferably in a retail or hospitality setting

- Good interpersonal, communication, organizational, problem solving, decision making skills required

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
