We are looking for a Psychiatrist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Psychiatrist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing and treating mental health issues and psychological disorders. This includes assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans in conjunction with the patient, family members and other healthcare professionals, providing psychotherapy and prescribing medication when necessary.

The ideal candidate must have a degree in medicine with a specialty in psychiatry, along with a valid medical license to practice in Qatar. A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a psychiatrist is required. We are open to foreign applicants with the relevant qualifications and experience as well as fluency in Arabic language.

In addition to being able to diagnose and treat mental health issues, the Psychiatrist we hire should have excellent communication skills, the ability to empathize with patients and a strong understanding of professional ethics. They should also be well-versed in current psychological treatments and technologies relevant to their field.
