Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of courses at the elementary, middle, and/or high school level. He/she will be required to maintain a positive learning environment and foster student achievement.

Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans and modify curriculum to meet student needs
• Create a positive learning environment that engages students and encourages them to develop their full potential
• Utilize technology in the classroom to enhance instruction
• Prepare materials for instruction including worksheets, tests, quizzes, presentations, etc.
• Monitor student performance and provide feedback on progress
• Stay up-to-date with educational practices and trends
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops when required
• Establish effective communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is preferred
• At least two years of teaching experience in an elementary or secondary school setting is preferred
• Teaching certification is preferred but not essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with students, staff, parents/guardians, administrators, and other stakeholders
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Salary & Benefits: The position offers a salary of 1400 per month plus benefits according to UAE laws. We are also open to consider immigrants who have the required qualifications for this position.
