Project Manager (Dubai)
Salary: 1800 AED per month

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• Knowledge of the Dubai market and its environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities:
• Developing project plans, objectives, goals, and timetables for projects
• Coordinating resources for the successful completion of projects
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion of projects within budget limits
• Analyzing risks associated with projects and developing strategies to mitigate them
• Preparing reports on the progress of a project and updating stakeholders regularly
• Assessing quality assurance processes according to industry standards

Main Duties:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of a project from inception to completion
• Establishing timelines for each step of a project to ensure timely delivery
• Liaising with stakeholders on all aspects of a project such as funding, resources, schedules etc.
• Identifying potential issues that could impede the progress of a project and developing solutions accordingly
• Developing strategies to monitor financial costs throughout a project’s life cycle
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards related to the industry
