Salary: 1800 AED per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. They will ensure that all customer service and operational standards are maintained, while also providing strategic direction and guidance to the staff.

The Restaurant Manager must have excellent leadership abilities, the ability to motivate others, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high quality standards. They must be able to manage a team of staff members, coordinate with suppliers, develop menus and promotional activities, carry out financial reporting and budgeting, oversee food preparation and presentation, manage customer complaints efficiently, and maintain high standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a restaurant chain or hotel in the UAE. Experience with POS systems is preferred but not required. The ability to speak both English and Arabic is beneficial but not essential. We are open to considering applicants from outside the UAE; however they must already possess valid work permits before applying for this position.
