Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring that service standards, food quality, customer satisfaction and profitability goals are met. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills and a proven track record of success.

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, service quality, food preparation and safety
• Set performance goals for staff members and ensure they are being met
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction while ensuring profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Track sales figures and analyze sales data to identify trends in customer preferences
• Ensure compliance with health regulations
• Respond to customer complaints in a prompt manner
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Proven track record of success in driving profits and increasing customer satisfaction ratings
• Knowledge of health regulations is preferable.
Salary
We are offering an attractive salary of 1500 AED per month for this position.
