Land Surveyor - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a talented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 SR. We welcome applications from immigrants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out land surveying activities such as land boundary surveys, topographic mapping and construction surveys. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
• Carrying out land surveys using appropriate tools and techniques
• Preparing sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of land boundaries
• Analyzing survey objectives and data such as measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites
• Evaluating survey data to determine accuracy of results
• Maintaining records of survey activities
• Establishing the need for special surveys when necessary
• Working closely with other professionals such as architects and engineers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or equivalent field
• At least 1 year of experience in land surveying activities • Knowledge of applicable local laws, regulations and codes governing surveying activities • Excellent knowledge of mathematics including trigonometry • Excellent analytical skills • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Valid driver's license
