Job Title: Barista
Location: El-Ain, UAE
Salary: AED 1000/month
We are looking for a Barista to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and an outgoing personality. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while managing orders and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to company’s recipes and standards
• Take orders from customers and process payments
• Ensure the quality of drinks served meets company standards
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, facility, and work area
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, tea leaves, etc.
• Receive deliveries of coffee beans and other supplies
• Keep records of customer purchases and transactions
• Follow health and safety regulations when preparing beverages or interacting with customers

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous barista experience is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of specialty coffees such as espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato etc. is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
