Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling projects from initiation to completion. You will be expected to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects according to timeline and budget. The successful candidate must have the ability to lead teams of project personnel, coordinate resources and manage expectations for the successful completion of projects. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary package of 1100 KD per month. We are open to consider applicants from abroad.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of multiple projects including scope, schedule, resources, quality assurance and risk management
• Develop detailed work plans that identify tasks and deliverables for successful project implementation
• Monitor project progress against established work plans and budgets
• Coordinate with key stakeholders throughout each phase of the project life cycle
• Prepare progress reports as required by management
• Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
• Manage changes in project scope or timeline as necessary
• Confirm customer satisfaction through regular communication

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Project Management
• 2+ years of experience in managing projects from start to finish
• Proven track record in successfully delivering projects on time & within budget
• Excellent leadership & collaboration skills; must be able to effectively delegate tasks & manage resources
• Strong problem solving & decision making skills; must be able to anticipate potential issues before they arise & develop solutions accordingly

Other Requirements: • Ability to travel domestically or internationally when needed • Fluency in spoken & written English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is preferred
