Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. The position offers an attractive salary of 1400 KD per month. We are also open to considering applications from foreign nationals.

Job Responsibilities:
-Develop, plan and implement merchandising strategies to meet customer needs and maximize sales;
-Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for product range expansion;
-Develop product displays and promotional material;
-Monitor stock levels, order new products and manage inventory;
-Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers;
-Train and mentor junior merchandisers;
-Conduct market research to identify future trends in retail sales;
-Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, sales, etc. to ensure successful execution of projects.

Demands for the Candidate:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
Highly motivated with a good understanding of customer needs.
