Job description:
We are seeking a professional and passionate personal trainer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering customized fitness programs for clients, helping them reach their goals. Our ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to motivate clients to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Duties:
The personal trainer will be responsible for providing customized fitness programs that meet the individual needs of the clients. These include assessing the current level of physical fitness, developing an appropriate plan of action, suggesting diet modifications as necessary, providing guidance on proper form and technique, monitoring progress, setting realistic goals, offering motivation and support, providing feedback on performance, and suggesting alternate exercises when needed. The individual should also be able to provide advice on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in exercise science or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in personal training is preferred but not required. Certification from an accredited organization such as ACE or NSCA is highly desired. The qualified candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and must be dedicated to helping clients reach their health goals. Additionally, he/she should have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
