Administrative assistant job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, and preferably be a resident of Al-Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should be a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should be comfortable working independently and managing their own workload. They must also be comfortable working with multiple departments, as they will be the main point of contact for various departments within the organization.

The primary responsibilities of this role include organizing and coordinating meetings, filing and archiving documents, scheduling appointments, maintaining databases, preparing reports and other administrative documents such as contracts and letters. The successful applicant must also have strong problem solving skills to help support the rest of the team with any administrative tasks that may arise.
