HR manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in the HR industry. They must be able to manage human resources programs, processes and procedures across the organization, and be able to provide advice and guidance on all HR matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company’s overall direction. This includes managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training & development initiatives, payroll & benefits administration and compliance with employment laws. They must also be able to develop policies and procedures that are designed to meet organizational objectives. In addition, they should have a good understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.

The successful candidate must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills with the ability to work successfully with all levels of employees. They must also have excellent customer service skills in order to effectively handle customer inquiries or complaints regarding Human Resources issues. The salary for this position is 1400 per month. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this role.
