Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and the ability to create stunning arrangements for customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating unique floral designs, selecting and ordering flowers, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create beautiful floral displays using a variety of flowers, plants, and accessories.
• Arrange bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and other special request items.
• Receive orders from customers or other businesses and prepare arrangements accordingly.
• Ensure that all products are of the highest quality and meet customer expectations.
• Keep current on new flower types, designs, technology, trends in the industry.
• Maintain shop displays by re-stocking shelves with fresh flowers as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions about products or services offered, accommodating special requests when possible.
• Ensure that the shop is clean and organized at all times by sweeping floors, dusting shelves/tables/countertops etc., taking out garbage etc., as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; formal training in floristry preferred but not required
• Previous experience working as a florist or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledgeable in flower varieties (both fresh & artificial), techniques used in floral design
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills - friendly personality with great customer service skills
• Must be reliable & punctual

We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position with salary of 1300 KD per month
