Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. The Barista will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service, creating and preparing drinks and snacks, and maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable in coffee-making techniques, and have prior experience in a similar role.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 1 year of barista experience within a fast-paced environment. They should also possess good knowledge of coffee-making techniques, such as grinding beans, steaming milk, and mixing flavors. The ideal candidate should also be able to work well with others in a team environment while actively engaging customers in conversation about menu items and promotions. In addition, being proficient with cash handling systems is important as well as being highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills.
