Qualifications:

English on a level Intermediate ( B2, C1)
Motivated personality
Strong communication skills
Attention to details
Must be able to compose professional emails using correct English grammar
Basic customer service skills, must be able to make outgoing phone calls and answer incoming calls.
Able to work with Microsoft Word and Excel, PDF
High level of stress tolerance

Responsibilities:

Receive load requests via email and/or phone
Be current updating dispatch boards
Maintain quality relationships with brokers, customers, and drivers
Develop new customer and broker relationships
Monitor the routes, updating status.

The company offers:

Working hours: 15:00−01:00 ( Kiev time zone) from Monday to Friday ( remotely)
