Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This individual will be responsible for designing, testing, and evaluating electrical systems and components. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and be well organized with excellent problem-solving skills. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position and no experience is necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and evaluate electrical systems and components related to industrial, commercial, or domestic applications.
• Design electrical systems related to industrial machinery, power supplies, lighting systems, communications systems, motor control systems, instrumentation and control systems.
• Analyze test data and modify designs as needed to improve performance or ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage projects from initial design through completion of product development cycle in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot installation issues during operation of the system or component.
• Inspect existing electrical wiring installations for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Make recommendations on materials needed for repairs or installation of new systems or components.
• Prepare technical reports on the performance of equipment or proposals for improvement of existing designs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience in a relevant field (not required).
• Working knowledge of design techniques, tools, principles, engineering practices as well as industry standards and codes (national & international).
• Experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CAD Software desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to read blueprints & schematics as well as technical drawings & diagrams essential. • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written) essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
