Position: Cashier

We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have some previous experience working in a store and be knowledgeable about the retail industry.

The primary responsibilities of the Cashier include processing customer purchases accurately and efficiently, as well as providing outstanding customer service. The successful candidate must be able to handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency while upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting customers and providing them with accurate information
• Operating cash registers accurately and efficiently
• Processing payments accurately and quickly
• Counting the money in the cash drawer at the beginning of each shift
• Balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Assisting customers with product selection
• Responding to customer complaints in a professional manner
• Resolving any discrepancies that occur during a transaction

Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a store or similar environment • Knowledgeable about retail industry • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to handle large sums of money accurately • Good organizational skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to work well under pressure
