Job Title: Land Surveyor

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to survey land for construction projects, ensuring accurate measurements and data collection. The ideal candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. We are willing to consider foreigners for this position.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with surveying techniques and instruments.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of mathematics, statistics, geometry, trigonometry and physics.
• Knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD, GPS systems, GIS systems etc. is preferred but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys of land for construction projects including topographic mapping, boundary location, property identification etc.
• Use surveying instruments such as transits, levels, theodolites etc., GPS technology and other equipment to collect data accurately according to project specifications.
• Analyze collected data using computer assisted software such as AutoCAD or GIS systems etc., to verify accuracy of results and provide detailed reports on findings if necessary.
• Prepare detailed plans and sketches of survey results for reporting purposes or legal proceedings if needed.
• Maintain records of all survey results including measurements, calculations etc., for future reference or review by client if required
