We are looking for a motivated and experienced Salesman to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• At least two years of experience in sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Proactive attitude
• Fluent English language skills (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
• A valid driver’s license

Job Description: The Salesman will be responsible for developing customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and providing general customer service. He/she should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the product line and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers. The Salesman will also need to provide product training to new employees as needed.

Duties:
• Develop relationships with existing customers and identify new prospects
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities & customer information
• Negotiate prices & terms of sale with customers & vendors
• Provide product training to new employees as needed
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries & complaints
• Demonstrate knowledge of the product line & its features & benefits
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports summarizing activities & results
