Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials for classroom instruction
• Deliver lessons to students in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines
• Assess student performance using appropriate assessment tools and strategies
• Monitor student behavior in the classroom, offering guidance and discipline where necessary
• Establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders in the education system
• Participate in extra-curricular activities such as sports coaching or stage productions
• Keep up-to-date with developments in the field of education

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is preferred
• Experience working with children or young adults is desirable but not essential • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to manage challenging behavior calmly and effectively • Computer literacy is essential • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
