We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in El-Ain. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from concept to completion, including planning, budgeting, staffing and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.

Specific responsibilities include:
• Developing detailed project plans and timelines
• Establishing budgets and monitoring expenditures
• Recruiting and managing staff resources
• Identifying risks associated with the project and developing strategies to mitigate these risks
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Monitoring progress regularly and making adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time completion
• Working closely with stakeholders throughout the duration of the project
• Preparing reports on progress for upper management review

To be successful in this role, you must have at least three years of experience in a similar role, as well as an understanding of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana. Strong leadership skills are essential, along with excellent problem solving abilities. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field is preferred but not required.
