We are looking for an Office Assistant in Khawr Fakkan to join our team. The successful candidate must be a motivated self-starter, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in office administration. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and have good writing ability. The ability to speak Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.

The Office Assistant will manage daily office operations including filing documents, organizing files, handling incoming calls and emails, managing calendars for board members and executives, preparing reports as needed by the company’s departments or leadership personnel, maintaining office supplies inventory levels and ordering supplies when needed. Additionally the Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the executives or board members on special projects or events when requested.
