Job Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and emails from customers and clients
• Greeting visitors to the office in a friendly, professional manner
• Managing the office environment, including ensuring cleanliness and tidiness
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and report preparation
• Handling travel arrangements for employees
Required Qualifications:
• At least 2 years’ experience working in an office setting
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
